At bbc we have been manufacturing, repairing, and reconditioning rolls and shafts since 1945. Our years of experience allow us to offer the highest quality roll and shaft manufacturing, repair and reconditioning services available.

The following additional services available at bbc allow us to complete your manufacturing, repair and reconditioning with the process right for your project. Additional services available at bbc include; hard chrome plating, precision grinding, machining, thermal flame spray including plasma flame spray, flame spray and twin Wire arc spray, welding including MIG, TIG and ARC, honing, dynamic balance, magnetic particle inspection, liquid penetrant inspection, shot peen and cast Babbitt.

bbc is an FAA approved Repair Station; Repair Station #BK3R400L.

We have the capability to offer services for research and development, prototype and production.
We work with shafts up to 160’’ in length, diameters to 27’’ and weight to 1 ton. Prior to beginning repair or reconditioning work, we offer consulting services to determine the best option to meet your project requirements.
